History
The Victoria Hall is a C listed building, dating from 1865, which was formerly a United Associate Chapel. Since the hall has turned to community entertainment use, it has been a cinema, dance hall and live performance music and theatre venue.
The hall is currently used for theatre performances, dances, birthday parties and exercise classes.
For the past nine years the hall has been the venue for a family ceilidh/dance at Hogmanay and for the past 32 years the home venue of Auchtermuchty Theatre Group.
The options appraisal project is looking at ways in which the Victoria Hall might be modernised.
